Shipping policy
Order Processing
All Micro-Crux orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping via USPS. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. Delays caused by USPS are outside our control, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving issues.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS using Pirate Ship to generate discounted shipping labels. We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Micro-Crux is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at Hellomicrocrux@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with USPS to file a claim and provide a resolution. Photos of damaged packaging/items may be required.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
